Craft a beautiful, bespoke Christmas Wreath in this hand‑building pottery workshop - a festive, one‑of‑a‑kind piece you’ll treasure and bring out year after year.

In this creative pottery workshop held at the Little Batch Wax Co. HQ in Pukekohe, Bex from R Ceramics (@r__ceramics) will begin with a demonstration of how to make a Christmas Wreath using basic pottery hand-building slab techniques. You’ll then go through the process with her support, creating your own piece.

Bex will take your creation home. She will bisque fire it, hand-glaze it in your choice of a selection of beautiful glazes, then do a final firing. Your piece will packaged up for safe-keeping and ready approximately 3-4 weeks later for collection from either Bex's Hunua home studio, The Little Batch Wax Co. Studio in Pukekohe or by alternative arrangement.

No need to bring anything but yourself on the day – all materials, aprons, and ideas (if you want them) are provided.

What your ticket includes:

• All materials, clay, tools, glazes, firing & tutoring in order to make your own one-of-a-kind beautiful Ceramic Wreath that can be treasured for years to come. The finished size of the wreath is approx 18cm in diameter, it can be either hung on the wall or used as a centrepiece decoration.

• A refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) on arrival with yummy snacks & sweet treats.
